Today I will talk about my recent trip to Cornwall, more exactly about Porthcurno.
Porthcurno is a large beach with white fine sand, turquoise water and high cliffs on both sides of it which makes it a natural oasis of wild beauty.
Up the cliffs there is Minack theatre, an open air theatre overviewing the Atlantic ocean open from May to September where you can see musicals, plays, opera and even cinema with an outstanding view.
We chose Porthcurno as it was really close to Penzance, where our hotel was (20 minutes by car) and because we also bought a ticket at Minack theatre on that day to see Alice. We spent all day at the beach enjoying the sun and the beautiful views the beach had to offer, had lunch at the uphill cafe and then went ahead for the play in the evening.
See you next time !
